The item came and was very, very tiny and the color was not as shown. I returned the ring for an exchange and the only ring I liked was an additional $900. So I'm up to over $4000 now, but ....When the replacement ring arrived, it too did not match the color in the picture and was only slightly bigger than the first ring. Owner very rude. I opened case. Etsy found in my favor. Owner threatened to go to NY State Attorney. I didn't want to deal with a long out-of-state situation so I dropped the case before the owner's 4 pm deadline. He said he would close his etsy shop before he would return my money. The ring was so very small for over $4000. What happened to "The Customer is Always Right?" I was polite throughout my dealings, even sending a hand made crocheted scarf.But since I criticized, owner bad-mouths me. VeryRude

Communication was very frustrating! I needed to know when they could ship the ring to make sure I was home when it got delivered (ever since the pandemic, I noticed a few times where UPS leaves the package at the door without getting the required signature!!!). Nobody was answering the question until the last minute, and I was getting nervous. When one has to make an online purchase, the seller should be more understanding and answer the customer's questions ASAP and also explain any kind of delay BEFORE the customer asks several times. AS TO THE RING, there is no doubt that this is the best jewelry company there is (best quality stone and best ring design). I sincerely believe that they have better quality and craftsmanship than Tiffany.
