HOW TO ORDER

STEP 1 - Place your order

STEP 2 - Leave your order requirements in the personalisation box above. Any photos please send via Etsy messaging after payment. Any problem or if it's easier please feel free to message me after payment with all your order requirements :)

STEP 3 - Request any changes to the proof before printing commences within 24 hours of the proof being sent

STEP 4 - Print & post your order via standard 2nd class unless postage is upgraded at checkout

PRODUCT DETAILS:

- Premium Quality White 300gsm Glossy Finish

- Postcard Style Size Cards Single Sided (A6 size - approx 10.5cm x 14.8cm)

- You can write on either side of the card with a ballpoint pen (allow a few seconds to dry before touching)

I can amend any design to suit any occasion so please just ask :)

POSTAGE & PACKAGING:
Items sent 2nd class Royal Mail.
There is an option to upgrade to 48 hour Royal Mail, 24 hour Royal Mail tracked or Next Day Delivery if you need your item faster

As much as I try my best to provide an item that is of true likeness to the picture displayed, some colours may vary due to screen settings vs the material & final printing result.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:
As these are personalised products made to the customers specifications refunds or returns are not accepted unless the error is my fault

DIGITAL VERSION INSTEAD?
I can do any of my designs as digital downloadable files instead of printed copies. Digital files allow you to email, print or use them on social media websites as many times as you like.

For this option it's £12 (per design) and you will receive a JPG/PDF file you can download and use. An electronic proof will be sent to you before you receive the high quality downloadable version so you can request any changes. I do not send the final high quality file for downloading until you are 100% happy with the electronic proof copy
(Please note: Once you have confirmed we can send the un-watermarked version any further changes requested afterwards will be at a charge)
