Payment is either a deposit of normally 50% of the order total (unless another amount has been agreed) or payment in full at the time of order.
Any remaining balance is due on completion of your order and has to be paid before any orders are posted.

You can make changes to your order in terms of colours/style up until I start collecting the buttons/pieces to be used. After this time I will do my best to accommodate colour changes but there may be a charge for any buttons or pieces already collected.

Once an order is received if for any reason you need to cancel your order a full refund will be issued only if no buttons/pieces have been collected or ordered and no work has started on your order.
A partial refund of up to 50% of what has been paid may be possible as long as I haven't started creating your order and can resell or reuse all the buttons/pieces I've collected.

If I have started on your order then there will be the option to place the order on hold for up to 18 months in which time you can come back to me and I will continue work on your order.

All items which are ready made are shipped within 7 days. All other bouquets are created to order and can take up to 8-10 weeks to create. If you need your bouquet sooner than this then please contact me and I will prioritise your order.

Postage times are on top of creation times
So please allow time for your order to arrive.
All orders are posted in recycled boxes- this means that your bouquet/buttonholes may arrive in a Dutch flower box or even an Amazon box (if you are very lucky) all these recycled boxes are covered with brown paper. In using recycled boxes it means that the prices you pay for delivery are what I pay at the post office (with a little extra to cover the tissue that your bouquet/buttonholes are carefully packaged with)
I surveyed brides when I started my business and 98% said they would rather have a recycled box and lower delivery costs, If you would like a keepsake box for your bouquet please contact me and I can give you the options and costs.

All orders are no longer the responsibility of Pumpkin and Pye once posted- Pumpkin and Pye always obtain and keep proof of posting.

All orders are posted insured and tracked by royal mail special delivery or global courier with insurance up to £500, if you place an order higher in value than £500 and are offered extra insurance but choose not to take this then if the order is lost or damaged Pumpkin and Pye will not take any responsibility for the extra value loss.

Any customs charges, import taxes etc or delays because of these are the responsibility of the purchaser and not Pumpkin and Pye

All customs charges are the responsibly of the customer as are all the checks to make sure that products such as dried flowers are allowed in their country
