5 out of 5 starsItems weren't packed together tightly and kind of rattled around inside the box (nothing was damaged though). I love these products, and I've started making it a tradition to buy them for my mom and sister and I every Christmas. The packaging is so cute and I LOVE the scents. Definitely recommend. This is the third year in a row I've purchased from this shop I believe and I will continue to if the quality stays the same. Thanks so much.

Thanks so much for your review and the repeat orders, Annie. I'm really sorry that the items were not packaged securely, it's something we usually take a lot of pride in. However, we partnered up with a company a few months ago to help us with order fulfilment (which was getting a bit overwhelming), and unfortunately not everything is up to standards yet. We've brought this up with them and hope that things will improve very soon. In any case, I hope this won't put you off ordering again. Care instructions
Soap: Store your soap bar in a dish that allows drainage. It will help it last longer.
Lip balms: Keep away from excessively warm places. If your tin lip balm melts, you can place it in the fridge again for it to solidify. You are recommended to use your lip balms within 1 year from opening as it does not contain preservatives.
