I Like You | Fabric art print

♦ Prints have a smooth glazed backing to preserve the print and prevent fraying.

- WALNUT STAINED FRAMES -
Made in the US of solid wood and stained a deep walnut shade. In order to showcase the texture of your fabric print, glass is not included.

DISTRESSED WOOD FRAMES -
Hand-painted with mineral paint - an environmentally conscious paint with zero VOCs and a beautiful matte finish, and hand-distressed for a vintage farmhouse appearance. Frames are reclaimed vintage finds and may differ slightly from the style in the photo. In order to showcase the texture of your fabric print, glass is not included.

RUSTIC BARNWOOD FRAMES -
My barnwood frames are made with wood from reclaimed fence posts and barns. They have natural imperfections such as knots in the wood, nail holes, indentations, color variations and board widths. As it is natural weathered wood, there may be chips and splits that don't affect the integrity of the frame. These characteristics make each frame unique and are not defects. Wood tones range the spectrum from brown to grey. To best showcase the texture of the fabric print, glass is not included.

FABRICS:
Select from three natural and sustainable fabrics:

♦ Burlap
This fabric has a rustic look and feel and may have irregularities which add to it’s charm. Burlap fabric is not recommended for 5x7 prints with a lot of text or small designs, as the looser weave of this fabric can make the design difficult to see. Prints ordered on burlap fabric as 5x7 are non returnable.

♦ Cotton
100% cotton, unbleached for a natural look.
Perfect as a traditional 2nd Anniversary gift!

♦ Linen
100% linen, available in ivory, natural, grey and vintage blue shades
Linen is the traditional gift for 4th or 12th Anniversary.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via either UPS or USPS to the address entered at checkout. I'm unable to update shipping addresses after an order has been placed.

Standard Shipping:
USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post, this service is tracked through Etsy's interface, not USPS. The tracking number will not work on the USPS website. Instead, its status will be shown on Etsy with your order details but it will not be as detailed as USPS tracking scans. Insurance is not included.

Expedited & Express Services:
Shipped via USPS or UPS with detailed tracking information from the carrier. Insured up to $100 for loss or damage in transit. Please contact me before your item ships if you'd like to add additional insurance.

I carefully package all items but sometimes packages are lost or damaged in transit. Orders shipped via Expedited or Express services include insurance up to $100 for loss or damage. Bella Grey Vintage is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Standard shipping service is not insured.

You MUST keep both the original packaging & your item, as carriers may ask to inspect as part of the claims process

USPS:
Buyers must submit the insurance claim. Insurance claims may be submitted online or via mail. I'm happy to help with the details you need to share, including a PDF of the receipt you can upload.

UPS:
I can submit the insurance claim on your behalf. I will need clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for the claim.

For prints that include personalization, enter your details into the "Personalization" box on the print's page or the "Notes" box at checkout.

There is a character limit in the personalization box on the print's page, so even though your lyrics/words are within my word count recommendations, they might not all fit. The notes box on the checkout page does not have a character limit, so you'll be able to enter your full lyrics, vows, or other details there.

If you have any problems, feel free to send them to me directly and I will attach them to your order once it's received.

I'm also happy to look up lyrics if you provide the song title and artist. However, I cannot guarantee their accuracy, so it's up to you whether to provide them.

I’m unable to update shipping addresses after an order has been placed. However, if you order has not yet shipped, you may reorder with the correct address. Just make a note that you’re reordering for an address change and then I can cancel your original order. Please message me after placing your order with the order number you’d like cancelled.
