► Orders will only be posted when payment has been received, regardless of any time limitations you may have.

All prices are individually based on time & the material used to create the sculpture, as well as full or part postage costs.

I will send a "shipped" notification message via Etsy, letting you know that your item has started it's journey to you & it's new home.

While all items are ready for dispatch between 1 - 5 working days, I will always try & get your item(s) dispatched within 2 days of your order. I will send you a dispatch notification as soon as your order has been posted. All physical items are sent via standard Royal Mail & are charged as such to try & keep postage costs as low as possible. If however you would like your items sent recorded (or Airsure for overseas), I'm happy to discuss & arrange additional payment with you to accommodate this.

~ Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery within the UK & 3 plus weeks for all overseas orders... The Nova Storm Dragon will aide in getting them to you as soon as she can.

All Claybies creatures are securely wrapped in bubble wrap or cotton balls/ paper & packaged in white boxes to try & get them to you as safely & securely as possible.

★ A Note To International Customers ★

The Buyer will be responsible for taxes, duties, and any additional customs fees for their country.

~ Please do not ask us to mark your item as a "gift".

This is illegal & Novastorm Designs will not be a part of any activity that is deemed as such. It is important to note that it isn't just the seller that can get into a lot of trouble for doing this. The buyer can to if it is found they purchased an item and did not have the customs filled out honestly.

★ CALL REQUESTS - I won't call or discuss orders over the phone. This is in compliance with Etsy's own policies that all correspondence is kept within Etsy's system.

This protects me as a seller in the event of a dispute regarding an order. Etsy will therefore have access to all the "Conversations" so they will know how to proceed with a dispute. All communication must be via Etsy conversations or via my email address.

Novastorm Designs only collects the information you must provide to fulfil your order (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me). This may include your name, email address, postal address, payment information, & the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information for the use of personalising invitations for an event, or photographs if you contact me directly.

I retain your personal information on the Etsy platform & archived in my gmail client, only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services & as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal & regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, & to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 5 years.
