We ship our lighter items using USPS GROUND MAIL and typically takes 5-7 days to reach folks.
We ship our heavier items USPS PRIORITY MAIL, which typically takes 3-5 days to reach folks.

All our orders, once shipped, come with a tracking number. The mail service is responsible for any delays after it has departed our shop.
If you have not received your package yet:
First, check the tracking information that was sent to you with your shipping notice.
Double check the address you submitted with your order. Sometimes items get "stuck" in the USPS sorting facilities for a few days - please give your package enough time to get through this process!

If your package was shipped properly with the correct address, and has been given sufficient time to arrive & it is still missing, you can file a USPS claim here:

All non-bulk orders come beautifully wrapped/packaged and come with care instructions, so it's ready to be given as a gift.

Our items make the PERFECT shower, housewarming, Realtor or even hostess gifts!

We do offer BULK orders but not wholesale. Bulk orders will come wrapped in bulk packages for your added gift touch. Some bulk orders, depending on weight and size, could come in several shipments so that we can keep the cost of shipping your items to you.

Absolutely!
Our soft waffle weave dish towels are 100% MACHINE WASHABLE.
They are a soft Poly blend and are super-absorbent, making the kitchen towels great for dish drying or decoration!
Ink will not fade.
The ink print is embedded into the towel's fibers, making them easy to machine wash and even put in the dryer (low heat please)!

Machine wash on warm.
The dry quickly, so line dry, but can be tossed into the dryer, on low.

*Like ANY towel, avoid using fabric softeners or dryer sheets which coat the towel and reduce their absorbency!

We will provide this information on a care card, mailed with your order.

We don't offer returns and exchanges, as all our items are made to order and shipping items back to us would be at the expense of the Customer.
However, should something not be right with your order, please send us a convo no longer than 24hours from order-arrival (we will go off what USPS tracking delivery date states).
Please remember that every item is handmade, unique and made to order.
We do OUR very best to be open and honest and take pictures to show colors as actually as possible.
Screen settings can show a little different color.
If you need something color specific, please convo us before so we can get your order made to your specifications.

Refunds and exchanges are accepted should the error be our fault. Please convo us before, so we can correct your order. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will then ship the updated item(s). They must be unused, unwashed and not damaged.

Unfortunately we are not responsible/liable for damages or lost packages to orders caused by the customer or USPS.

Our waffle towels are approx. 16x24 and will have a soft texture to them. We try to send out the best towels but please keep in mind that some of the "Waffle" pattern might be off level on a few.

We do not sell ANYTHING we wouldn't display in our home, friends and loved ones homes. We love for you to love our artwork and our hard work.

Some of our designs will have our logo and others will not. If you wish something different or have questions, we are just a message away to help answer those questions.
