My store has suspended sales to the following EU countries due to The EU Packaging Directive: Austria, Bulgaria, France, Greece, Letterland, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.

It is good that the Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials. But as a small business owner, I may only receive a small number of orders from these countries each year, so it is unlikely that I will pay a large sum of amount to apply for a license. I am currently only registered with the LUCID Packaging Register for Germany. Thank you for your understanding.

Germany's Packaging Act "VerpackG" imposes requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

My shop is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR). My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is separated, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally.

Please allow 1-3 business days for me to process and ship your order.

A. If the order status is In Transit:
If the estimated delivery date has passed, you haven't received the item. Please contact me, I will contact the post office for tracking the package, but they may need to take a long time to deal with. If it is established that the package is lost, I will issued the full refund to you.

B. If the order status is Delivered:
If the order status shows Delivered, but you didn't get your order. I will try to be as helpful as possible in locating the missing/stolen item and report the missing mail to the postal inspector or your local police department. But I am not responsible if it indeed was lost or stolen.

If your package is being returned to sender (me) due to any of these reasons:
> Unclaimed
> Incomplete/Insufficient Address
> Undeliverable as Addressed
> Refusing Packages due to Customs Fees
> Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs

Once I received the return package, I will only issued the refund, which will not include the cost of the shipping and packaging.
