Never received what I ordered. Wrote her like 4x with no response. Had to start a case with etsy. Finally, after 2 months, I got a refund. Would recommend not ordering from her.

I hate to do this - I know life happens but I ordered something on Jan 19 and it wasn’t shipped until the 5th of February. No big deal I didn’t really need it in THAT big of a hurry but I’ve been trying to contact the seller for weeks and have heard nothing back. Like I said, life happens and I hope all is okay but I am extremely disappointed. As for the product - that I STILL don’t have, says it’s still in San Diego - I can’t really say whether it’s a good product. But for all ordering BEWARE. I hope this hasn’t happened to anyone else. If I was contacted by her and this was talked about it, I wouldn’t write this review but it’s starting to get ridiculous and I most likely will be sending back if she does not contact me soon.

Product was scheduled to be here on July 11-15 I didn't receive my package until today July 28th and I was hugely disappointed because it was a gift that I ordered in plenty of time. In fact, that if tje product would had arrived on time it would have been here a week early. Then when I received my product it appeared like it had already been used and my large jar was shattered. Not to mention there was no marking on the package that would have indicated it was a fragile package. I was very understanding to the sellers situation and I really had hoped she would have made it right. Super disappointed!

Well, I'm a little disappointed. This came today and ribbon is navy and flower is denim. I thought this was black and white per description. I will have to return it
