STORE POLICY
Please Read Below
Heat Packs Can Be Ordered Either as an "Add-On" or As an individual item. Once purchased we will combine the heat pack to your order. We do not sell heat packs as individual items only as an item to be used in plant packing.
Plant Packages
‣ The plant will be packed and shipped with love (the way I want to receive it). However, once shipped, I won’t be held responsible for how the weather, shipping delays, or mishandling of the carrier affect your plants. I have no control what happens to the plant once it leaves my hands.
‣ Please note that USPS, UPS and FedEx does not guarantee arrival dates of packages. I cannot guarantee delivery times, but provide estimates as provided by the carrier. I do not take responsibility for any shipment delays.
‣ Orders are shipped to the delivery address entered by the buyer when the order was placed. Please ensure your delivery details are correct. I am unable to redirect packages or process any refunds once your package has left my hands.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges (Please Read) or Problems with Your Order
‣ It is your responsibility as a buyer to know what you are buying. Please read each listing description before purchasing. Messaging is provided for item clarifications.
‣ If there’s an issue, please contact me immediately and I can work with you in resolving the problem. We may ask for the plant to be packaged and shipped back to us the way it came.
‣ For both seller and buyer protection, it is mandatory to have an unboxing picture/video sent to me within TWO HOURS of delivery time stamp in order to properly address any issues. We need photo proof. No photo, no replacement or refund.
‣ Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. A refund will NOT include shipping, as this is a separate cost.
Lost/Stolen Packages
The buyer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged, stolen and/or lost shipments. If your order is 48 hours passed the expected delivery date, please contact your local mail carrier or post office to file a claim. I cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address. I am unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages. I am not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep/porch or parcel locker that were delivered by the carrier.
PLANT ARRIVAL: At check out the estimated delivery date is there in front of you before you pay. If the delivery date does not fit your schedule then do not order.

Heat Packs
‣ If you live in a cold area of the country and you need a heat pack shipped with your plant they can be ordered separately in our store for $2.98 (72 hours) which covers Priority Mail time 2-3 days.
‣ The buyer is responsible to be aware of their temperatures during shipping. If the temps are below 45 we recommend a heat pack as packages can sit in cold warehouses of the shipping carrier which is out of our control.
‣ Again we can not be held responsible to cold damage of your plant as we do not have any control over the care of the box once it leaves our hands.
Live Plant Arrival Guarantee (Under These Conditions Listed Below)
‣ Temperature are between 45F - 95F.
‣ Unboxing video sent within 2 hours of delivery at groundsofserenity@gmail.com
‣ Package was not late or mishandled by the courier.
(Heat packs are available in our store. Add one if you are concerned of the cold in your area.) We have temperature standards and if your location is below 45F we cannot Guarantee the plant.
