I strongly urge you to measure your wrist circumference end to end and without slack. Please order the size that corresponds to that wrist measurement. Wrist measurement will be listed next to the suggested bracelet size in the following fashion:

7 1/4 (7" wrist)
So to clarify: Place an order for a 7 1/4" bracelet when your wrist measures 7" without slack.

On wrap bracelets, look for corresponding wrist size listed in parenthesis.

Bracelets are sized on a circular bracelet mandrel before shipping. Please note that in order to give you the most accurate size, BRACELETS FROM SIRIOUS DESIGN ARE NEVER MEASURED OPEN OR LAYING FLAT. The overlapping nature of most clasps, as well as charms and leather thickness will alter a flat measurement.

Do not use leather bracelets or other goods from my shop in the shower or while swimming! To make your purchase last, please treat it with care and common sense.

The metal parts may oxidize depending on usage and body chemistry. To remove discoloring caused by daily wear, rub with clean jewelry polishing cloth .

I will do everything I can to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that many custom requests depend on resources and availability.

I send all packages with USPS tracking information. Once a package leaves my hands it's out of my direct control. Please visit USPS.com or call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 with your tracking #.

When a package shows "delivered", but you're convinced otherwise, your local postmaster will give you the GPS coordinates where delivery occurred.

If a package is suspected stolen, please contact your local USPS office to make sure the package was "delivered". You MUST continue by filing a local POLICE REPORT for a stolen package. Once you provide me with a copy of your police report, and as long as you paid for insurance when checking out, I can file an insurance claim with the USPS and refund/remake your item.

If within 90 days of purchase, you experience an item concern, kindly identify the problem by contacting me via your Etsy order page. You may be asked to submit simple photos for explanation.

Unless I can identify the problem through your photos, you may also be asked to send the item back to the store for evaluation. I will do everything I can to remedy the situation, which will be handled on an individual basis.
