Depending on delivery location, delivery can vary between 5-7 business days but there can be delay and that timeline is an estimate.
Priority Mail does include tracking and $50.00 of insurance. Priority shipping upgrades are always recommended.
Seller can only guarantee a shipping date, not an exact delivery date. The delivery dates are determined by the USPS. Please note that seller is not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages.

Since every item is a custom made to order, no cancellations, refunds or exchanges are allowed. If there is a problem with an order that is received, shop owner must be notified within 2 business days of delivery.

Shop owner cannot refund due to failure to review shop turnaround times (including shipping times) before purchase is made. Shop owner will offer a shop credit toward a future purchase but refunds cannot be offered. Please contact buyer prior to placing your order if you have any questions regarding turnaround time.

Size charts are available upon request. Dress listings have size charts in the photos section of the listing but please message seller prior to placing an order if you have questions regarding sizing.
Due to the custom nature of the items, shop owner is not able to accept returns or exchanges if an incorrect size was ordered.

Need something sooner than my two week turnaround time? Rush services are also available for an additional fee. Before purchasing a rush order, please message me so I can make sure I can accommodate your request.
