You have 30 days to return a non-personalized item. You have 14 days to return a personalized item if it arrives damaged, is defective, or if you received the wrong item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable if the reason for the return is out of our control. Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. Our items are made to order in our San Diego shop and usually are ready to ship in 2-5 business days depending on the product you're buying. For more detailed information about processing times, please look at the description for each listing.

Please contact us so that we can let you know if we can expedite your order. If possible, we can process your order faster than our standard processing time. We can also expedite the shipping method via FedEx 2 Day (2 business day shipping time) for an additional fee.
