All orders are processed in 1-3* business days unless otherwise stated within the listing. If you select an option that requires customization and we need to contact you about your instructions this may add additional time. Although very rare, there may be a 1-2 business day delay in some orders due to heavy order volume. If you need something for a specific date, please contact us.

Your order will ship standard shipping and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days (domestic shipping only) after it leaves our hands!

Due to the custom nature of our products no refunds or exchanges are accepted. If there is something wrong with the order after receipt of the package, contact us. We are here to help make sure your purchase goes smoothly!

We do not offer gift wrapping service however our coffee mugs are shipped securely in a white box ready for you to gift wrap. If you would like to leave a note for the gift recipient at checkout, you may choose that you wish to send it as a gift without a packing slip (no prices shown). You may also enter in a gift message during checkout to personalize your gift and your order will be sent with your gift message and no pricing shown.

Please contact us should anything be incorrect on your order. If we made any sort of mistake we will correct it immediately by sending the corrected product to you. Please be sure that you double check name spellings before checking out, if the name or anything else is incorrect in the instructions, no replacement will be sent. You must contact us within 3 business days if your order is incorrect or damaged. Please hold onto any packaging and all of the parts until we resolve the damage claim in case our shipping company requires an inspection.

Please use the tracking number provided to you when your order shipped to call USPS to locate the package. Packages that are marked as "Delivered" are considered resolved and can not be the responsibility of All in the Print.

Please kindly understand that we cannot be held liable for USPS, Fedex or UPS deliveries that are delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions, delays due to excessive holiday mail traffic, etc. Particularly during holiday seasons, on occasion, deliveries may be delayed as mail couriers are struggling to keep up with the rise in holiday mail. Although very rare, it can happen on occasion, so we always suggest giving yourself a little wiggle room for delivery if possible.

Most items in our shop offer customization options in the product drop down boxes. If the item you order doesn't offer a customization option, it is your responsibility to enter all customization options in the comments section during checkout to ensure your order is printed accurately. If an established year is part of the product design and we don't receive notes from you in the order process or via email in time before your order is custom printed, we will list the current year as the established year. If your order is printed before we read your email, we cannot be held responsible for misinformation provided during the checkout process. Although we try to reply to emails quickly, sometimes orders are printed faster than we can keep up!

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot alter or cancel orders once they are placed as orders are placed into production and hand created upon receipt. If your order contains a provided address that is inaccurate or if you simply wish to change the address, we will do our very best to accommodate your address change request although we cannot guarantee the change can occur. On the same note, we cannot be held responsible for non-deliveries or delays that occur when incorrect addresses are provided during the checkout process.
