When you buy from a shop on Etsy, you’re directly supporting an independent business, each with its unique listings, policies, processing times, and payment systems. By making a purchase from a seller on Etsy, you agree that you:

To ensure your handmade creation arrives in pristine condition I send wrapped up very snugly first class and a signature will be required on parcels.

With custom made orders the creation and delivery time will usually be 4-6 weeks. Please check individual items for specific details.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.

Orders will be made and posted by the date agreed on Etsy but once I have posted the item the time taken for delivery time will depend on the postal company, I post signed for not as a time specific guaranteed delivery.

If upon arrival there are any issues with the package please contact me as soon as possible so I can work with you to resolve any issues with the Post Office.

If a return of items is unavoidable the customer (UK and worldwide) will pay for all return shipping costs.
