    Has anyone had problems
    I have printed onto glossy card and found that the ink is wiping off, has anyone else had this problem or am I missing something from my settings?
    • The inks are dye-based and will not adhere to glossy paper very well. You will need to use specially coated paper if you wish to print using a dye-based ink cartridge

    Is your Epson 202XL compatible smudge proof as with the original kiwi cartridge?
    Epson 202 compatibility
    • Our own brand ink is smudge proof when printing on different media types.

      For photographs it may take a minute or two longer to dry on photo paper. If the photo gets wet then the ink will run as it is water dye based ink rather than pigmnent dye based inks for the original cartridges.

Great product

After having bought various defective alternative brand cartridges, was very sceptical when offered, after ordering a brand cartridge, an alternative one with a guarantee, if it was not compatible, I could send back. What a lovely surprise when they actually worked. With double the ink I have made a great saving. Tgankyou

Excellent substitute for Epson Cartridges

Just acquired new Epson printer and pleased to find these substitute cartridges as genuine Epson ones are SO expensive and have less ink as well. Delivery was prompt and efficient, so will use again
