Choosing a faster shipping speed at check out is just that, faster shipping paid to USPS to deliver your order sooner after it’s been made. Once a package is handed to USPS its delivery time and speed is in their hands so contacting them with the tracking number given is the best way to get information about your package. To ensure everyone’s events, celebration and grief are shown the respect they deserve and to ensure everyone gets the best customer service possible, each order is made in the order it’s received. We DO NOT have rushed production available at this time due to the high volume of orders we have. It will resume once the volume allows for extra orders to be added to the day orders due.

-Accessories are applied by hand, please use caution when around unattended little ones
-Bowtie/Flower can be added and comes in a coordinating color (please note there are a boy and girl version of all our designs and they can be found on the stores page)
-Please note that we do not carry Royal Blue as a flower, Light Pink, Coral, Dark Purple, Bright Pink or Lavender as a bowtie color. White will be used in its place.

We work with digital proofs. Once your order is placed, a digital proof of what your finished product will look like will be sent. Up to 3 edits can be made to ensure your elephant's information is correct. If a font change or more personalization than asked for in the listing and personalization box is wanted a $10 custom design fee will need to purchased. If the digital proof receives no response or approval, it will be assumed that it is approved, and the order will be made and shipped at the end of the processing time.

This is a collaboration with Etsy and USPS using your zip code and mine to calculate an estimated arrival. Weather, holidays and unexpected events can change this window as stated when you click the * next to the estimate. This is a best guess and not a guarantee. Due to the 5-7 Business Days processing time being provided several times in the listing there are no cancelations as an informed purchased is being made. Your order will be shipped on or before the 7th BUSINESS DAYS. USPS is the shipping carrier and all tracking and updates once shipped are provided by them as well as Etsy. We participate in the etsy protection program for the best customer service possible. Once an item is handed over to USPS it is out of our hands, so all shipping times are dependent on USPS and the type of shipping purchased at check out. To ensure you have the best possible customer service, tracking comes with every order so you can follow your orders delivery. Simple log into your Esty account on the etsy.com website, click on your account and go to purchases. Your receipt will appear and once shipped so will tracking that is clickable and able to be copy and pasted into the USPS tracking system. Please note anything shipped first class will ship in a padded poly mailer bag so that the weight is under 1 pound and first class shipping is an option. If you are wanting your order to ship in a box you MUST check out with priority mail and state a box is wanted for shipping.
If you want or need your order to arrive sooner please be sure to purchase the rushed production fee found at the top of the listing, in the shop announcements, on the store page and in the first email sent by Esty after check out. When volume is high this may not be an option but it will be stated as such in these areas and are able to be seen prior to making a purchase.
