Current turn around time is around 7 business days. Weekends are not included in that time frame. If you need your item by a certain date please let me know so I can let you know if it’s doable or not. PLEASE READ ALL!
CURRENT USPS TRANSIT TIMES:
FIRST CLASS MAIL | 4-10 DAYS
PRIORITY MAIL | 3-5 DAYS
The shipping time frames are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for items once they are dropped off at the post office and we do not offer refunds for items that arrive late or are lost in the mail as this is out of our control.
Packages are packed carefully, and if your order arrives arrives damaged, please file a claim at USPS.COM | We will not issue a refund for lost or damaged packages. Once USPS or the carrier in the possession of the item, we have no control over their operations and delays.
Proofs are only send upon request. If we do not receive the photos your order may be delayed. Make sure to submit on the "message to the seller" a good image (NO screenshots or cropped photos) for best results! Photos can be improved on the resolutions and or color but the printed result will reflect the quality of the photo sent.
CANCELLATION: We can only cancel your order after 2 days of the order is placed. After this time frame a store credit will be issued if the order can't be completed due to a missing photo.
