This makes our product one of a kind. The listing pictures are examples of the colors/patterns we purchase. They are NOT the exact item you will receive as we do not know what the item will look like until it has been turned. Because of this, items in our listing pictures may appear brighter, darker, more colorful, etc than
the item you recieve. We use the same supplier and order the same blanks in order to get the closest match. If you receive your item and are unhappy with it, please message us. What if my item is damaged?

We are not responsible for any damage due to the postal service. We package our products in bubble mailers to protect them. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us and we will work something out to return or replace it. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Can I return for a full refund?

We accept returns within 14 days as long as you contact us before sending the return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is returned in new condition, we will refund the original purchase price minus shipping costs.

If we are contacted ahead of time about a damaged item, a mistake we have made, etc., we will discuss return options.
