Generally, all physical items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (1-3 for prints and 2-3 for canvases) . Once an item has shipped, you’ll be notified with the tracking information. Though we ask that you allow the full number of days for processing, many items will ship out sooner.

I offer several options for shipping at checkout -- all with applicable time ranges. Please note that those time frames represent the amount of time shipping will take AFTER processing (see above).

For domestic orders, the free shipping included is USPS First Class or UPS Ground, which usually takes between 2-10 days domestically. If you'd like something quicker, please select "USPS Priority" at checkout.

I’ve teamed up with print partners to be able to offer local production in the following countries:

United Kingdom - orders will come from facilities located in the United Kingdom
European Union - orders will come from facilities located in the Netherlands
Australia - orders will come from facilities located in Australia
Canada – orders will come from facilities located in the US

All prints in Canada and Australia, as well a canvas orders worldwide, are produced in the listed size in inches. Print orders being shipped to anywhere in the UK or EU are converted into the nearest standard centimeter size. See listing description for more details.

All damaged, defective and incorrect items are eligible for full replacement only. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us with a description of the damage and, if possible, pictures via Etsy's messaging system within 72 hours of delivery. Additionally, there will be no need to send the damaged items back.

At this time, we are not offering framing. As per the description and last featured image, all display photos with frames are for mockup purposes only. Get a full list of our framing resources by sending us a message!

For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in all of the original packaging (including any plastic wrapping). If you’d like to initiate a return, please contact us prior to mailing anything back so we can provide the correct return address. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and all items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped to our office in California. Tracking needs to be provided as soon as the return is shipped or else the return will be rejected and no refund issued.

On many of my illustrations I am more than happy to customize colors! Please message me PRIOR to purchasing the listing to confirm that color customization is available for the piece you are interested in. The color customization will not be honored if we are not contacted prior to purchase.

Please note that once a design is customized with a color it is not eligible for return or exchange.

I cannot offer color customizations on watercolors or paintings.

The sizes listed in the drop-down menu for all triptych/three-piece and diptych/two-piece sets represent each of the three individual pieces that make up this triptych. So for an 11x14” print set, that means that each of the three pieces is 11x14”. If laid side-by-side they would measure 33" across.

Smaller print sizes are able to be shipped flat with minimal risk of damage. We protect our fine art paper prints by placing them in a plastic bag before shipping. After being bagged, art prints up to 8x10” are mailed inside cardboard stay-flat envelopes. Prints 11x14” and larger are rolled and mailed inside kraft mailing tubes to prevent shipping damage.

Our stretched canvas prints are bagged in a protective plastic layer, and then sealed in a corrugated box before shipping.

Smaller prints are shipped flat and ready to frame! Larger prints may require some time to relax before framing. They are shipped in a tube to prevent creasing or folding during shipment. We suggest rolling your print in the opposite direction of the curl around the tube and lightly taping it in this position (be sure to keep the print inside the plastic packaging to avoid damage from the adhesive). After about an hour your print should be much flatter and easier to frame. You can also simply unpackage the prints and let them rest for a day or two in a safe place. Another option is to lay them flat and place a book on each end, please make sure to do so on a hard even surface to prevent any creases.
