Cmdesigns is a boutique pet accessories brand inspired by the amazing creation 'The Dog'. However , not "just a dog" we get it..they are children, companions, healers, teachers and treat stealers.

All Catherine Mary Designs products are designed by Catherine (the founder) in her home studio. They are truly unique.

Our collars and leads whilst functional are designed to be worn as a statement or fashion item. They are not made to be training collars.
We use Pu leather because we do not believe in the killing of animals for the fashion or beauty industries.

A little about me.......and why?
​
I'm Catherine & this right here is my day dream. A day dream that is slowly becoming my reality (still a work in progress).
I made a promise to myself that I was going to pursue my goal in life of working in a job I truly loved & also enabled me to live a lifestyle that I desired.
I didn't want to do 'what society said I had to do' but was unsure how to create something different that still enabled me to be able to pay my bills and eat.

I did know I wanted one day to own my own business and create something I felt deeply passionate about. I actually didn't realise this passion was right in front of me for so long. Dogs! My fur babies, my children. Growing up I always owned a dog and I just adored each and everyone of them. They were my best friends & provided so much joy & comfort in the difficult times.

The realisation of just how amazing these creatures were was revealed when we brought home our rescue dog 'Castiel' to help my partner (now fiance) with his Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Castiel has had such a positive impact on our lives especially in helping my fiancé manage his PTSD. All my fur babies but especially Castiel has inspired me to start this brand & this business.

Catherine Mary Designs is however so much more than just a pet accessories brand. Not only do I want to create for you gorgeous, stylish and modern furbaby attire (yes please!) but also raise awareness of the amazing things dogs can do and give back to the organisations supporting this education and training.
