What's the time to delivery the Geek Ring Boxes?
All items are shipped up to two business days after the order placed.
Them are Free Express 3 Business Days Shipped by UPS, ONLY FOR USA AND EUROPE!
Other countries ship options are available at checkout.
A tracking number is sent to the customer, as soon the item is shipped.
What about cancelations, returns, and exchanges?
Cancelations are accepted up to 48 hours after the order placed.
Returns and exchanges are accepted, except when the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
In these cases the shipping costs are non-refundable.
Feel free to contact us if you have any problem with your purchase, be sure that our main goal is keep our customers 100% happy.
What about the quality of your products?
All the items at shop are exclusively designed by Urbano Rodriguez, meticulously engineered, and high quality 3D printed with a special attention to detail.
Due the items were hand painted, the colors can vary slightly from the photos.
Do you accept custom orders?
Some customizations can be made under consult. If you have a suggestion about a new Ring Box model, let us know, there's always the possibility that we add it to our collection in the future.
