This listing is for a homegrown Aloe plant pup that is 3-6 inches tall. It will come with cleaned off roots ready to plant. The aloe from my home are all organic/Non-GMO plants, we do not use any fertilizer or weed killing chemicals. When purchased, I will dig a fresh aloe pup and mail it the same day. Aloe does not need roots to successfully transplant, however I will try to get as many roots as possible.
NOTE: If the weather in your area is much below freezing there may be damage from the temperature during mailing. These plants are very sturdy and adaptable, but cold does damage them. Please order while the weather is mild in your area and plan to bring the package in a plant quickly. The plants will come with a "HOW TO CARE FOR" information handout. It will include information on how to plant, the type of dirt to use, and the recommended watering schedule.
BONUS: I have plants up to 36 inches. If you want a larger aloe plant please check out my other listings for a larger aloe plant. Also availalbe are seeds of several varieties of Arizonia native cactus, plants, and succulents. These plants once mature will produce more pups or babies, so you will have an endless supply. They can be easily transplanted and moved.....even abused and not watered for long periods of time.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Aloe vera is a stemless or very short-stemmed plant growing to 60–100 cm (24–39 in) tall, spreading by offsets. The leaves are thick and fleshy, green to grey-green, with some varieties showing white flecks on their upper and lower stem surfaces. The margin of the leaf is serrated and has small white teeth. The flowers are produced in summer on a spike up to 90 cm (35 in) tall, each flower being pendulous, with a yellow tubular corolla 2–3 cm (0.8–1.2 in) long. Like other Aloe species, Aloe vera forms arbuscular mycorrhiza, a symbiosis that allows the plant better access to mineral nutrients in soil.
