Delivery
I take particular pride and care in packing the items so that they arrive in the condition they leave me and try to use recyclable materials where possible.
In order to try to keep costs down without compromising the fate of the parcel, I am using services provided by Royal Mail as I detail below.
UK
Parcels valued under £50 and weighing under 2 kg will be sent second class by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for on delivery.
Parcels valued over £50 and/or over 2 kg will be sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force and fully tracked and insured.
INTERNATIONAL
Parcels valued under £50 and under 2 kg will be sent using the Royal Mail International Standard service which should mean that parcels take 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days worldwide.
However, please be aware that on rare occasions, delivery can take up to 21 working days.
I will always obtain proof of posting but if you prefer to have the parcel sent using the tracked and signed for service, please tick the upgrade option for shipping costs.
Parcels valued over £50 and/or weighing more than 2 kg will be sent using the fully tracked and insured Royal Mail International or Parcelforce service.
