A note on a handmade item and on How personalizing is done and looks like : i don't use decal or use markers to write on an item, when the clay is still wet i engraved your text /date etc into the mug by pushing letters or numbers into the wet clay and create embossed / debossed engraving
which after firing will become permanent it also create a nice surface to the touch rather than a flat one that decal or transfer creates
