Frequently asked questions
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (not including weekends!) You will receive a shipping notification email as soon as your order is on its way to you. Please check the estimated shipping times for your specific country and PLEASE NOTE we are unfortunately unable to ship to Germany at this time.
What shipping service is used?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Our standard shipping service for both domestic & international shipping is not a trackable service, please upgrade at the checkout for a trackable service!
What if I have given an incorrect or incomplete address?
Please contact us ASAP so we can make a note of this and ship to your correct address. Please note it is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct & full shipping address is provided as this cannot be changed once despatched. We do not provide replacements or refunds for incorrect/incomplete addresses. Please contact us to discuss further.
Gift wrapping and packaging
As all of our jewellery will arrive in a small suede pouch, our items make the perfect gift!
If multiple items are purchased, some may be packaged together. If you would like an individual bag for each item simply send us a message when placing your order, or include an order note for us!
We also have a gift wrapping service to make your gift extra special! Visit our 'gift wrapping upgrade' section to add this service or you can upgrade at the checkout!
Wholesale availability
For bulk order enquiries please send us an Etsy message. We can then discuss prices and shipping options, and create a custom order to suit you. Please note bulk orders are only permitted for use outside of Etsy, we do not allow customers to purchase our jewellery to re-sell on another Etsy Shop due to intellectual property infringement. Thank you!
Upgraded Express Shipping
Upgraded Express shipping is available at the checkout via Royal Mail. Select 'Upgraded Express & Tracked' shipping at the checkout to receive your parcel on an express service with a tracking number to follow your parcels journey (our standard shipping service is not trackable).
Delivery aims:
- UK next working day
- Europe between 3-7 business days
- Rest of World between 5-10 business days
If you live outside of the UK, Europe, USA/Canada or Australia we advise to contact us before placing your order to double check this service delivers to your Country!
Purchasing jewellery for a loved one?
Have your order shipped directly to your loved one with a handwritten gift message - simply include an order note for us when purchasing! Our gift wrapping service is available at the checkout to make your gift extra special. If you are unsure of sizes please send us a message before placing your order and we can help advise you.
What is your refund and replacement window?
To align with Etsy's 180 day refund window, we are unable to process refunds or replacements after 180 days has passed. If you have not received an order please make sure to contact us within 180 days to discuss this.
