Signs are for indoor use only. Please do not place signs in direct sunlight for an extended period of time. Signs should be placed away from heat, humidity, and water so that they are not damaged. Do not wash signs using any liquid. If your sign becomes dusty, gently dust off with a dry towel or duster.

Cutting boards should only be used on opposite (blank) side. Cutting in the designed side will damage the artwork.

If your sign arrives damaged, please let us know right away! While we take every precaution to make sure your sign arrives in perfect condition, accidents happen and on rare occasions, they can get a little beat up during transit. Please take photos of the packaging, the sign, and message us straight away. We’ll make it right.

If your sign becomes damaged after you’ve had it hanging on your wall, let us know! Signs that show any damage within 90 days of purchase will be replaced. Please understand that while we stand by the longevity of our signs (we’ve have them on our own walls for years!) we cannot be held responsible for damaged signs that have been in the buyer’s possession for longer than 90 days due to not knowing house conditions.

Exceeded my expectations! My dad, who was my best friend, passed away & I wanted something in his handwriting. Stella was able to re-create his handwriting & put it in a beautiful & sturdy frame using the best materials for the print. His handwriting was a perfect match. I look at it every day & it makes me happier than I can express. I feel like I can hear him speaking to me as I read it. I’m also extremely grateful that the quality of this item makes me feel assured that this will last forever. Stella was amazing with communication. The owner was so nice helping me determine the size I needed for this. It was a Christmas gift to my husband whose nana passed away not too long ago. We had a little chalk board with her handwriting “welcome!” That unfortunately was starting to smudge. I had this idea and was so happy to find someone on Etsy that could create a sign from that chalkboard handwriting. Husband was speechless when he opened and saw what it was. Thank you so very much for making something so special for us. It’s perfect.

There are no words to express the amazing work and customer service made by Stella. Went above and beyond with short notice to get it here in time for Christmas for my daughter’s wedding.
