Your order will be shipped to the address listed in your Etsy receipt & not your Paypal address. Please make sure this address is correct. If you want the package to be shipped to another location, please write me a note or send me a convo.
If payment for a purchase is not received within three days, I may cancel the transaction and re-list the item for sale.
NOTE: If you don't have a Paypal account, you can use your credit or debit card to pay via Paypal. Simply select the Paypal option during checkout. You will be forwarded to a secure page with 'Don't have a Paypal account?' on the left-hand side. Select this option and you can pay by credit/debit card without having to sign up for Paypal.

PHYSICAL ITEMS:
Your item(s) will be shipped within 2-5 business days after ordering. Due to COVID-19, the standard fulfillment estimate of 2-5 business days in some cases may be expanded to 3-10 business days. You'll receive an email when your product ships with a tracking number, so you can follow up on the status of your order.
DELIVERY TIME:
USA - 3-7 business days after fulfillment.
Canada - 5-10 business days after fulfillment.
Europe - 5-10 business days after fulfillment.
Worldwide - 10-20 business days after fulfillment.
Posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps.
Frames and canvases are usually shipped in corrugated boxes. Frames are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and are then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally, they are wrapped in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap that will add extra protection during shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: Tracking capabilities depend on the destination. Some countries have intra-country scans, while others will show when the package has delivered.
I CANNOT be held responsible for not receiving when the tracking shows DELIVERED. You may contact your mailman, neighbor, or family members to see if they hold the package for you.
Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
Any delays caused by customs, handling by local mail, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances are beyond my control.
IMPORTANT! Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable.

Frequently asked questions
How do I print my printable artwork files?
There are 3 main ways to print your artwork:
• Print from your home or office
• Email your files to a local print shop, like Staples, Costco or Kinkos
• Upload your files online, like Shutterfly.com, Mpix.com or Snapfish.com
Can I get a printable file in another size?
Contact me with your dimensions & I'll let you know if it can be adjusted to your preferred print size. I do resizing for additional cost.
Do you do customizations?
Yes, I do customizations for additional cost.
What type of ink do you use to print pillow covers?
We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.
Refunds and returns.
Instant downloads: due to the nature of digital items, I am unable to offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges. Digital items are not tangible items that can be sent back to me, so please make sure to read the listing details and my Shop Policies to make sure that what you're ordering is right for you.
Can I ask for a customization after I made an order?
Any changes/customizations on the files/prints, should be asked and discussed before purchase.
After the order is made I don't customize the files.
