Item shipped and arrived way faster than expected! Product is exactly as described. Swing is for a 20 month old and is small enough that she can reach the ropes comfortably while swinging, but the swing also has plenty of room for her to grow. We are using a pull up bar to hang the swing in a doorway. The white rope that is included does stretch when the child sits on the swing, so it can be a bit tricky to hang the swing at the right height when using it for such a small child (our plank is about 6 inches above the ground so that she can swing independently). Would absolutely buy again.
