If you do not see your desired design on our font and design selections please message us what you would like instead and one of our representatives would be glad to help you out! Custom Orders allows you to contact the seller with details about your order and set your desired delivery time. Please include all details, as we are not responsible for missing details in regards to custom designs. Once the design layout has been confirmed, we cannot change the image once engraved.

We sandblast our glasses, so your etching design will never come off and forever remain etched onto your glass. As a result, dishwashers is an acceptable washing method!

We are not responsible for manufacture defects. However, at EtchArtistries we use high quality glassware and strive for customer satisfaction, so if we don't think the glass is acceptable we will not use the glass.

In terms of looks, the pictures listed is used for reference only. However, our glasses are similar to the pictures shown. If you have any questions of what the glasses look like please message us and we will provide you with the photo of the actual glass.

Please gently hand wash all vinyl products. Dishwashers and Microwaves are NOT recommended. We use high quality ORCAL 651 vinyl to ensure product satisfaction.

At EtchArtistries we sandblast ALL etched glassware products. As a result, minor spotting does occur and this is unpreventable. However, we try our absolute best to minimize spotting to ensure the highest product quality.

We do offer 2-7 day guarantee express shipping at $23 extra for DOMESTIC and $25 extra for INTERNATIONAL. However, in some cases additional charges may be required.

In the case where RUSH-SHIPPING was not chosen, we are not responsible for your item not arriving on time. No refund will be given. Please choose rush shipping if you needed an item arrived on a specific date.

All orders will be shipped to the address provided by the buyer. Please double check your address to ensure correct shipment as we are unable to change any shipping info once the package is sent. If your package is delivered to the wrong address, the package will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. NO refund is given.
