- Please contact me for rush orders or special requests.
- Shipping gifts to friends and family is easy. I do not include pricing information in my packages. I ship most orders via Ukrposhta (5-21 days in transit). You will be emailed a tracking notice when your order ships so you can track your package online. I ship to the address provided on Etsy. Please be aware that you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied after the initial Ukraine postage. These fees could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers/post office. I have no way of knowing if my packages will get tagged for fees or how much they will be.

Custom and personalised orders
Personalization is free and can be applied to any item in my shop. Please leave your text "in a note to seller" (you will have it during checkout) or write me a message after placing your order.
Custom orders are welcome. Please feel free to contact me if you need.
Wholesale availability
I accept wholesale orders. For clarifications please contact me.
I would be happy to have long-term agreement with you. Just contact me and get special prices.
Cancellation of order
If you need your order to be canceled, please contact me within 12 hours. I will cancel and make a refund. Please note, that there are non-refundable 10% fees.
If your order is shipped - cancellation is not possible.
Can I pay via my Card instead of PayPal?
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:
1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.
