All orders are currently being sent by Evri due to upcoming Royal Mail strikes. I can also post by tracked 24 as these are seen as a priority along with Tracked 24 with signature which can be upgraded to for an extra £1.00 and also Special next day delivery can be upgraded to for an extra £6.00.

Yes, the milk chocolate is suitable for vegetarians and the dark mint is suitable for vegans.
all chocolate is also gluten free.

Due to Royal Mail strikes coming up in October, November and December. I will be sending all orders by Evri . I can also send by Tracked 24 with signature as an upgrade and also special next day delivery if opted for as these will take priorty in being delivered, unfortunately at this time, I cannot offer free postage as items may be severley delayed in being delivered.

I only accept returns or exchanges if there has been an error on my behalf, as items are personalised for each customer. If an order is returned, it must be sent back in the condition received. Return posatge will be refunded as long as like for like postage is used. Any extra costs for postage will not be reimbursed.
