Payment
This shop accepts Paypal, and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) and Etsy Gift Cards. Remember, Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
Shipping
All packages are shipped through Canada Post.
Packages sent within Canada are shipped with expedited shipping and include insurance and a tracking number. This shipping takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Packages to the USA are shipped with Canada Post expedited parcel and include insurance (no tracking number). This shipping takes 4-10 days, depending on your location.
International packages are shipped with Canada Post Small Packet Air. This method does not have tracking or guaranteed shipping times. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Express Post which IS traceable and insured, please contact us before purchasing.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, VAT or duties for orders shipped outside of Canada, nor are we responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you aren’t happy with your order then please let us know right away how we can make it right!
Refunds will be given on items that are in new condition. Returns will be shipped back at the buyer’s expense, no refunds will be provided for shipping costs. All refunds must be approved by our office before they are returned. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
Additional Policies and FAQs
The beautiful fabrics and elastics for sale are top quality, and designed to be made into beautiful swimwear and lingerie. They are NOT designed to go in a hot washing machine or clothes dryer. It is strongly recommend that all of these materials be hand-washed and hung to dry.

I did not reduce my review as I had purchased video instructions in advance. The pattern was well thought out and was printed on large sheets of paper. Thank you for offering this product.

5 out of 5 starsIt's a great pattern to start making your own bras. The instructions are easy to follow. The fit is a bit tricky to get (I mean, it's a bra, it needs to be fitting perfectly, so of course it is, it's not the pattern's fault) so definitely make a mock-up before using your nice fabric!

I have sewn bras off and on for several years now and never quite got the fit right though I tried many patterns. After a brief look through the first volume, saw several answers to my issues. Thanks so much for a great set of hard to find books.
