Shipment can take up 21 business days overseas.
There is a possibility of express courier shipping, for extra pay, prices depend on location, weight and size, I will need your phone number and e mail for this.
Your package will be shipped using First Class International Shipping, to the address on your Etsy receipt unless otherwise noted.
You can follow the shipping of Your order.
I will send You a tracking number when I will have sent the package, just enter this number on any tracking website.

Please keep track on Your order! If the package has not arrived 2-3 weeks after You received a notice from me, that your order has been shipped, please track the number I provided!
Contact Your post office and name them the tracking number to see if the package has not arrived at the post.
After two weeks the package will be sent back to me and You will have to pay for repeated shipping.
We take care in our packaging! Damage during shipment would be an extraordinary circumstance. When we ship an item, it is in perfect condition, wrapped and packaged carefully, and taped well. If an item is lost or damaged during shipment we are not responsible, but will work with you to rectify the problem. If you wish to add insurance to shipping, you will have to let us know - it is not automatically included.
