GENERAL PRODUCT WARNINGS
Please read the ingredients in each of my listings carefully. If you have sensitive skin or think you may be allergic or may have an adverse reaction to any of the ingredients listed, please DO NOT purchase or use the product.
It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
Only use scented wax melts, candles, and sprays as directed. The Burlap Barn Company is not responsible for any injuries or accidents.
WHOLESALE AVAILABILITY
The Burlap Barn Company does not offer traditional wholesaling. However, we do offer bulk discounts for resale purpose for orders that meet product minimums and certain criteria. Unless, you are already a current stockist we are no longer offering wholesaling to businesses that operate solely online. The resale of any of our products without prior permission is prohibited. Please contact us through Etsy Messages to inquire further. All recipes are proprietary and not for sale. Inquiries regarding the sale of our recipe or techniques on how we create our products will not be answered.
WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?
At the The Burlap Barn Company we use USPS to ship our products. If for some reason your package has not arrived or states that it has been delivered but it's not on your doorstep please check your USPS tracking. Most times USPS may have marked it as delivered and it hasn't actually arrived to your home yet, give USPS a couple days to deliver your items to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped. However, we will work with you to track down missing packages.
WHAT KIND OF JARS DO YOU USE?
All of our jars are PET clear plastic jars and recyclable.
CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE THE INGREDIENTS IN MY PRODUCTS?
Because we make our products in small batches it makes it very hard to omit ingredients for individual orders. However, bulk orders we can customize to suit your individual needs. Just drop us a note in Etsy Messages for customizations on bulk orders and we'll be happy to help you complete your order.
WOODEN WICK CANDLE INSTRUCTIONS
Wooden Wicks need a little attention and tending to before each burn...
•Make sure your wick is trimmed to between 1/8″ – 3/16″ before lighting.
•If the wick is too long, the wax will not pull up the wick and the wick will extinguish itself.
•Make sure to let your candle develop a full wax pool during first use to help ensure even burning. Don't blow it out until the wax reaches the edge of the container.
•Be sure to gently snap off the ash or burnt wood along the top edge of the wick and then light as usual.
•Be very careful not to let any debris from the wick (or anything else!) fall into the candle.
**Never leave a burning candle unattended**
