By default, your items will be shipped by REGISTERED AIRMAIL to ensure the safety of your parcel

- Delivery usually takes around 1-2weeks from the day product shipped out.
(If customs doesn't hold on to it for too long)
-Insured up to US$60 (but not exceeding the product price) if the item was lost or damaged during shipping.
-Please check the customs regulations in your country prior to purchasing as any customs fees, tax or duties will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
-If a parcel is returned to me as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will be charge to send it again.

Registered Email to CANADA and AUSTRALIA

Online tracking service for registered parcel to these countries is NOT available after departed from Japan.
But, we will be able to use a tracking number to send request to Japan Post for investigation purpose in case the parcel not arrived within estimated duration.
(Investigation may take to a month and more)

Please expect up to 3-months delay on packages sent to Canada due to customs delays. (Orders from 2017)
According to Japan Post, due to problems at Vancouver customs, shipping to these provinces will be very slow (it can take few months to half year)

Starting from this year 2018, all packages to Canada will be sent by EMS with tracking as this is the only way to assure that you get your parcel fast and safe.
