Custom and personalized orders
We do not make custom or exclusive molds at this time. We can scale the size of a current mold that we offer, but adding logos or making one of a kind molds are not something we can accommodate at this time.
If there is something you would like to see, send us a message and we can add them to our current list of mold ideas. We generally make the most popular ideas first!
Care instructions
Heat sensitive
The molds are made with PLA plastic and are VERY heat sensitive. Do not leave molds in hot cars or in other areas that get very hot such as garages or sheds.
Washing and Drying
This molds are to be hand washed only and are NOT dishwasher safe. Please only wash with COLD water. Towel Dry after washing in cold water. Please do not soak molds in water as they can retain water which will activate your bombs. Also, soaking molds will cause the bond between the layers to weaken and your mold will become fragile.
Why haven't my molds shipped?
Please keep note of the processing time when checking out. Processing time changes with demand. Molds are MADE TO ORDER and ARE NOT stocked.
Processing times are the time it takes from when you place your order until when your order will ship. This time is in ADDITION to the normal shipping times.
Processing time is based off the amount of current orders we have, the average print time of each mold of 15 hours, and the number of working printers we have in operation each day.
We provide a processing time frame due to the fact that these variables change every day, especially the number of working printers. If a rush order is placed that gets moved up to the beginning of the line.
Can I add molds to my order?
Yes, just place a new order and then message us on Etsy that you would like to combine orders and we can combine them and refund shipping.
Please make sure to send a message after the new order has been placed. We don't see notes on orders until we get to that order to start making it. This will cause your packages to ship separately and will not be combined.
