**Samples**
Please note, samples are standard letter/A4 size (210x297mm/8.3x11.7inches)

• Samples are available of all our designs as a single sample or pack of three.
• Samples are a scaled down version of the designs and are intended for colour matching and for you to test the material on your desired surface. If we printed samples at full size then you would receive very little of the design on your A4 sample.
• Samples do not match together.
• If purchasing the three-pack option and you want samples of different designs please paste the links to your three choices in the **Notes to Seller** section of your order. Without a note specifying otherwise, we will send three of the same samples to you.

**Sizes/Custom Orders**

• The height of our Standard murals are 2.4 meters (7.8 ft approx)
• Custom sizes are available with all our designs; just simply request a custom order.
• All our murals are made to exact dimensions, so please make sure your measurements are as accurate as possible when submitting a custom order
• We always add a few extra centimetres to custom orders in order to account for any wall irregularities.
• We cannot take responsibility for any incorrect measurements provided to us.
• All Orders ship with a clear set of Instructions which gives the installer an idea on how to install a mural successfully, as well as information on the tools you will require and any preparation you may need to do before installing.
• If you're not planning on installing your order within a fortnight of it arriving then we recommend taking it out of the tube and laying it out flat for a couple of hours, longer if possible (depending on how long it's been left in its tube) before beginning installation.

Custom orders are welcome and we are happy to try and accommodate any requests you may have. Please be as accurate as possible with custom measurements as we can not be held responsible for any wrong measurements submitted.

The phone number is required for the courier service and greatly facilitates timely delivery. If the courier company has problems with the delivery of the parcel and can not contact the customer, the shipment might be sent back to us.

It is very important to ensure that your wall is ready for a wall mural. Correct preparation will result in an easier, more straight-forward installation and that your wall mural will correctly adhere to the wall. Adequate preparation will also mean that in the future, removing your wall mural will be as trouble free as possible. Please ensure that your wall is correctly primed and sealed before hanging your wall mural if required.

Yes. All our pre-pasted murals are supplied in floor to ceiling panels. The length of each panel will match the height you have selected or ordered for your wall mural and each one simply overlaps the adjacent panel during installation. All of your panels widths will range from 50cm to 80cm depending on the size. An installation guide is included with each mural order.

We ask that you please check your order as soon as it arrives, regardless of whether you intend to install it straight away. Let us know immediately of any damage. We allow 14 days from delivery to notify us of any damage. We always ask that in the first instance you give us an opportunity to replace the damaged panel(s) but within the 14 day period you are also able to request a refund instead.

For custom orders that arrive damaged the first step will always be to replace the panel(s) as we do not refund custom orders.
