Collars & Leashes (except waxed canvas):
We recommend hand washing collars but they may be machine washed on gentle /cold cycle & air dried flat.

Waxed Canvas Collars & Leashes:
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Re-wax as needed

Please make sure not to leave your pet's new collar where it could be chewed or ingested. Check your pet's collar for wear & tear regularly. Never leave your dog tied up (inside or outside) in their collar while unsupervised. We do not offer refunds on items that have been chewed.

Bows & Corsages:
Surface clean with a damp cloth. Air Dry.

Key Fobs:

Matzo Ball Toys:
Surface Clean with damp cloth Only.

You know your pup better than anyone. Please choose a collar of appropriate size and strength. If you feel your new Teller Hill collar is not appropriate for your pup convo us right away. We are happy to exchange the collar & work with you to create a collar that meets your pup's needs.

- Black plastic YKK side release buckle for a sporty or rugged, outdoorsy look.
- Cast Silver aluminum or Brass Plated metal side release buckles
(sturdy, light, and engravable) for a special occasion or to add a little bling.

- Only Teller Hill Collars are eligible
- Collars with cut, chewed or damaged hardware are not eligible
- You must convo us to tell us that you are sending a collar and it must include the tracking number for the return package.
- We will convo you when we receive your returned collar with a Thank You coupon for 10% off your next Teller Hill purchase - good for one year from date of return.

Our Standard Sizes are:
XS 8.5 - 12" x 1/2" wide
S 11 - 15" x 3/4" wide
M 14 - 20" x 1" or 1.5" wide
L 17 - 24" x 1" or 1.5" wide
XL 20 - 30" x 1" or 1.5" wide

We are happy to accommodate custom size combination requests such as an XS that is 3/4 inches wide.
