1.COPYRIGHT
The copyright of all works belongs to us. All rights reserved.
The copyright is NOT transferred with the purchase of the digital files.
All Betsy Printablesl' items will be resold. Other sellers may use them.
2. SMALL COMMERCIAL LICENCE
All items in Betsy Printables include a small commercial license (up to 100 sold items) for handcrafted items.
This license is for small business use only, NOT for mass producing. See below for clarification on this license.
OK for using and selling in handcrafted items or NON-DIGITAL ITEMS AS PART OF AN OVERALL DESIGN
Such as: invites, invitation cards, wedding cards, birthday cards, party decorations (cupcake toppers, labels, favor tags, gift wrap, etc.), buttons, pendants, iron-on transfers, labels for onesies, etc.
NO GIVING AWAY as a freebie, SHARING or list as a resource in download file websites.
If you have any doubt, please convo me before buying Betsy Digital files.
4. CUSTOMIZATION
All items are selling as they are.
If you need an item in a specific color or a different file format, convo me for customization service (minimum $10), I will see if it is possible and set up a custom order.
5. SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE BEFORE YOU BUY
Please make sure you have enough experience or knowledge to use your software to:
- download and unzip files
- work with PNG, JPG files or PDF files
I am not able to provide instructions on how to work with my designs, or which software you need.
Due to the nature of digital files, there will be no refunds. If you have no idea on how to use PDF, JPG and PNG Items, please don't purchase it! Thanks : )
