We love to save you money and combine shipping if you happen to place your orders separately. PLEASE let us know you have multiple orders, the order numbers and we will look to combine them for you. Please note that orders from other companies on Etsy cannot be combined. We all ship independently.

We know that you need your order to ship immediately. We do our best to ship quickly. From Thanksgiving weekend through Christmas is our busy time, we will post our time frame for shipping. All orders are important and we ship in order received. If we receive too many orders and feel we are not keeping up, we put the shop on "Vacation Mode". This is so that we CAN ship orders placed on time. We will open back up when we are caught up.

We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery. The USPS is also busy and weather can delay items. Please remember to order early! We want you to have your ornaments by Christmas.

We do offer priority shipping and this will help your order arrive quicker.

During the busy holiday season of shipping the USPS tracking site is not always up to date and accurate. We have no control over this. If your package shows delivered and you do not have it, please wait a couple of days to contact us. Many times it will be delivered in the next couple of days or was delivered to a neighbor.

PLEASE check the address that Etsy has your order shipping to. This is where we will ship it. Once we ship it, we cannot change the address it is going to. This is not our responsibility. We want to ship it to where you will receive it. If you find after you order that the address is not correct, please let us know and include your order number.

Please not that if we have a question on your order we will contact you through the Etsy convo or send you an email from "orindasinc@yahoo.com". Please check so that we do not hold up your order with a question. If you provided a phone number you will only be contacted if we have a question.
We do our best to answer all your questions in a timely manner. Please know that we also need to work on shipping orders. You've just purchased a unique ornament that will last a lifetime. Here are some tips to make sure it keeps it's luster year after year.
-We use a permanent ink that has proven durable over the years. This ink while permanent, is not smudge-proof when touched with lotions, soaps, and HAND SANITIZER. Rubbing on the lettering with bare hands is never advised. Use a dry cloth if you need to remove any dust.
- Keep the included bubble wrap pouch for safe storage throughout the year.
