WHAT DO I DO IF I ORDER THE WRONG RING SIZE?
No problem, but Please go to a reputable jeweler to get your ring sized correctly for the correct width you want. If you order the wrong size and need to exchange it there is a $25 fee to do the exchange. Titanium and Tungsten rings can not be sized. If you order the wrong size I will exchange your ring for the correct size provided there are no signs of wear and tear, scratches or damage with in 7 days. If you need more time just email us and we will extend the exchange time for you no problem at all.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?
For stock rings It will take 3-5 days to make your band. Please allow 1-3 days shipping time for US orders and 5-7 days for INTL orders. We can not control the ship time.

We sure do! We are not responsible for any customs fee or duty fees, please check with your local customs. Please note due to the pandimic some countrys customs have delays currently.

We cannot accept outsourced materials. We have to ensure safe practices and quality materials that meet our consistent standards.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

We stand by each and every customer and every ring we create. We do not let our customers down and are very proud of each and every 5 star review we have earned. Should an issue with your ring arise, you'll be 100% covered with a repair - simply cover the shipping! If more than repair is needed, a brand new ring will go into production for a fee of $25 U.S or $40 for International plus shipping. Your lifetime warranty does not cover damage, abuse, scratches, loss, or theft of the ring. Your ring has been built with quality materials, structural integrity and durability in mind
