It comes with adjustable elastic ear loops that hook around your ear. The mask itself folds over the nose, mouth and chin area, reusable after wash.

HOW TO USE AND WASH THE MOUTH MASK?
First turn the white side of the mask towards your face. Place the mask over your mouth and nose, and then hook the ear loops around your ears. Pull the bottom of the face mask under your chin and mold the upper part of the mask around your nose. Make sure that the face mask sits tightly and perfectly on your nose, mouth and chin. Wash the used mask in an ample amount of detergent and water. Squeeze excess water off by hand and hang dry.

Ear loops WAY too small. Came on time for $$$. Like the effect on people. Very breathable and comfortable fit except for the ears. Something very wrong there. I think the maker was running out of elastic. I did not realize that the loops would be so small. Even adjusted all the way to the end, they pull my ears down which effectively knocks off the mask. I had to wear a hat (or you might need a headband) to keep my ears in place. Now I have to spend more money trying to fix it. So I would check and see if they have elastic back in stock. Looks great though. * UPDATE-The seller was very empathic and was concerned that I be satisfied. For some reason I did not to think about removing the little plastic capsule and untying the cords. WHAT a difference. Now it fits so nicely that I wish I had bought more.
