TUTU DRESSES - I tend to think the smaller sizes (12mths-3/4) run more true to size and that sizes 5 and above run slightly big in the bodice. You can always send me measurements to get a more true fit at no additional costs. To do so, measure around the chest for the bodice (I then add 2 inches so it's not too snug but is adjustable) and from the top of the shoulder to where you would like it to hit on the leg for length. You can include these in the note at checkout.

PONCHOS - I usually recommend ordering a size up. It may be long this year, but will shorten up the following year and will allow you to get a couple winters wear out of it. For more exact details, please message me.

TUTU DRESSES - You may choose to spot clean only. However, if further washing is needed, Please wash on delicate or hand wash cycle ONLY COLD water and hpng dry. Tulle is pretty resilient to wrinkles when hung up, but if further wrinkle help is needed hang in a bathroom with hot water from the shower running... the steam will help work out the wrinkles. DO NOT IRON the tulle... tulle is sensitive to heat so please avoid ironing the tulle.

PONCHOS - unsnap all areas and remove any add-ons (hoods, etc). Wash on cold and medium dry.

You can add gift wrapping to any item at checkout. Item will be wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a bow along with any customized note you'd like to include.

The lined dresses have a cotton lining under the tulle and the unlined do not. The unlined can be slightly see through and irritating if the tulle touches the skin.

In Etsy, estimated ship dates are found on your receipt within Etsy's website. Etsy generates this date based on specified production times (all production times are shown within each listing before ordered). Your item will ship by this date or sooner & arrive within 2-5 days (for US orders) based on USPS standard delivery times. If there is a delay for any reason, I will follow up with you ASAP (this is extremely rare). If I agreed to a delivery date that is sooner then your ship date, you will receive it by the date we discussed. I also may go beyond the ship date if your event date is much later then the estimated ship date but try to followup before doing so.

Most timelines are 2-4 weeks, with a busy season of August-December.

If the item is returned due to dissatisfaction of the buyer, the purchase price of the item only will be refunded (shipping costs and rush fee when applicable are not refundable). If the item is being exchanged, the shipping cost to send the new item back to the buyer is the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is being adjusted because the incorrect size was ordered or for any reason out of my control, the shipping cost to send the adjusted item back to the buyer is the responsibility of the buyer. Payment for these shipping costs must be made before the new or adjusted item will be sent.

If the error was Knotted Wear (wrong size sent, wrong item sent, etc) or the item arrived damaged, buyer may return it for a full refund or exchange. If the item is being returned, the purchase price plus shipping costs will be refunded. If the item is being exchanged, the shipping cost to mail the new item back to the buyer is the responsibility of Knotted Wear. If the item is being adjusted because the wrong size or item was sent, or because it arrived damaged, the shipping cost to send the adjusted item back to the buyer is the responsibility of Knotted Wear.

Please note RUSH FEES are only refunded if the item DID NOT arrive by the specified date.
