Do your spices and seasonings contain MSG?
Nope! Our spices are free of MSG, artificial flavors, fillers, flow agents, and artificial colors. They're also Certified Gluten-Free and safe for folks suffering from celiac disease.

What are the grilling planks for?
Our sustainably-sourced wooden grilling planks add flavor and complexity to your food. It's easy -- you simply season your food, place it on a plank that has been soaked in water, and cook in your oven or on your BBQ grill.

Can you make a custom gift set for me?
Absolutely! Simply send us a message, and we're happy to assemble a custom gift box with any of our rubs and planks just for you.
How it works:
1) Send us a message with what you're thinking;
2) We'll reply with suggestions and a quote;
3) Once you've decided on a box, we'll create a custom order.
4) You'll purchase the custom order and we'll build it up and ship it within 1-2 business days. Shipping will take about 3 business days after that.

Will you donate items to my nonprofit?
We get many, many donation requests through Etsy Conversations. While we do set aside a budget to donate to local nonprofits that we have a relationship with, we don't respond to donation requests via Etsy.

Oops! I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you change the shipping address?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct! If you place an order, and realize the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can correct the address before the order ships. We do our best to make requested corrections, but because we ship very quickly, this isn’t always possible.
My order wasn't delivered and was returned to sender. Can you re-ship?
Sometimes, packages are returned to our facility marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address. In this case, we will email you asking for a corrected address in order to re-ship your items. You are responsible for re-shipping costs due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will return the items to inventory and process a refund less the original shipping cost and a $5 re-stocking fee.
