What is Your Processing Time & Rush Orders

My current processing time is 3-5 BUSINESS days (does not include weekends and holidays) for most items. Select items have a longer processing time of 5-7 BUSINESS days. Please note personalized products have a longer turnaround time of 2-3 weeks.
▪Processing time is the time needed BEFORE your order ships, and does not include shipping time.
▪Purchasing either the Priority Mail or Priority Express shipping upgrades only upgrades the *shipping speed* - NOT the processing time or how fast your order will be shipped.
▪Notes left in the "Note to Seller" box are not seen until your order is next in line for processing. Please send me a message directly if you need items for a certain date or would like to combine multiple orders.

I Need My Order ASAP - What Should I Do?

I do offer a RUSH upgrade under the "ADD-ONS |UPGRADES" category of my shop, which bumps your order up in line. Your order will ship in 1-3 BUSINESS days (does not include weekends and holidays).
▪If you need an order in 1-2 weeks or less, please send me a message PRIOR to ordering to ensure my rush upgrades can meet you timeframe.
▪Please be sure to read the entire description of the 'Rush My Order' listing.

Delivery Dates

Please note USPS shipping times are still unpredictable. Once I drop packages off at my local post office, they are with USPS and I no longer have any control over the speed in which your package travels or if the tracking updates appropriately.
Dates given in listings and emails to buyers by Etsy are only estimates - not promises. Same as the dates provided by USPS on tracking for packages - each date is only an estimate. If you want a guaranteed arrival date, I recommend choosing Priority Express as your shipping method.
I do not offer refunds or replacements on orders that are delayed in transit.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Due to how I process orders, orders unfortunately cannot be cancelled. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

Since every item is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges on orders that were correctly processed per the order receipt. But, if you are unhappy with your order in anyway once you receive it, I am more than happy to try and make it right.
▪Please contact me within 72 hours of package delivery.

What if My Shipping Address is Incorrect?

Please triple check the shipping address on your order. If it's incorrect, please send me a message ASAP to request a change. I most often am able to accommodate the change, but sometimes orders ship before messages are able to be read.

I send confirmation replies via Etsy messages once I have received your address change request.

I Forgot to Use A Coupon Code - Can You Refund Me the Difference?

Any current coupon codes must be applied at the time of checkout. I do not issue price adjustments after a purchase is made.

I Want to Add to My Order - Can I Combine to Save on Shipping?

Yes, please send me a message if you would like to combine and/or add to your order. If I’m able to do so, I will send you a message to confirm so ☺️
Otherwise orders that are placed separately will ship separately unless I am contacted directly via an Etsy message regarding multiple orders.

Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?

I do offer gift wrapping & the opportunity to leave a gift note! During checkout, once you check the "This Order is a Gift" box, you can leave a gift note (free!), and opt for a gift box (for an additional charge).
