HOW TO ORDER

STEP 1: Purchase this listing
STEP 2: In the “notes to seller”, upon checkout, please include the following information:
– Final file format (if a specific format isn't requested, you will receive a high-res JPEG)
– First name and age of birthday boy
– Date and time of party
– Address or location of party
– RSVP information
– High-res (good quality) photo
– Adjustments you want made to the photo (ex., black and white or remove scratch from nose)
– Any other changes needed (such as alternate wording)
Photo can be emailed to me directly at abodesignjen [!at] gmail.com or as an attachment in an Etsy convo.
STEP 3: An email will be sent to the address linked to your Etsy account containing a low-res electronic proof, updated with your information, for you to review and approve (please make sure to double check all text and spelling)
STEP 4: Send back an email with any changes needed or with your final approval
STEP 5: Once approval has been received, you will be sent a final file, in the format you selected, ready for you to print at home, send to a photo lab or send online
FILE DELIVERY TIME

Listed turnaround times are for the first draft file. You can expect to receive a first draft for personalized items within 2 Business Days (M-F, closed on US holidays). I work hard to get files out as quickly as possible and can often do so within 24 hours, even on weekends. However, a RUSH order should be placed to guarantee file delivery within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery times for revisions and final files depend on the extent of changes requested and how quickly approval is received, but should be expected within the same file delivery time selected for the first draft (standard: 2 day max, rush: 24 hour max). For RUSH orders, you can request that the proof stage be skipped and have final files sent from the start to save even more time – this option still reserves the right to make changes if needed.
