Delivery
UK SHIPPING:
We are based in Wales in the UK, all orders within the UK are sent First Class via Royal Mail with proof of postage.
Delivery can now be updated at checkout, you can choose from standard delivery, recorded or tracked.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Products shipped outside of the UK are shipped via international airmail standard delivery, though we do obtain proof of postage.
However if you do wish to upgrade your shipping to registered mail which includes tracking and insurance please choose the tracked option when checking out.
International Airmail aims to deliver within 5-10 working days, occasionally longer if delayed at customs. Buyers are responsible for any extra charges at customs.
DELIVERY TIMES:
UK - 3 to 5 working days
EUROPE: 4 to 10 working days
USA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, CANADA, REST OF THE WORLD: 6 to 20 working days.
Processing time after payment is received at the moment is 2/3 weeks, as all products are made to order.
Once your products have been made I will send you an email to let you know when your items have been dispatched.
If you do however need a product by a specific date, please let us know, and we will try to help!
