You can opt to see a 'proof photo' of the picture I create for you, before I frame and post it to you.

If I do not hear from you in reply to your proof photo, I may extend the expected shipping date as far as I can to allow you more time, but then I will need to get your picture in the mail to prevent your order becoming overdue.

The size of each picture available is given in the item details on each listing.

Your picture will come in the frame colour of your choice, ready to hang on the wall, display on an easel or, in some cases, stand on a flat surface.

Please ensure your method of fixing is suitable to support the weight of your picture.

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners or scourers.

Your picture will always be carefully boxed before it is safely packaged for posting.

A further gift wrapping service, of your boxed picture, is usually available, when placing your order, at a small additional cost.
This is ideal if you would like me to send your picture directly to the recipient.
Please let me know the wording you would like me use on their gift tag.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or custom items are exempt from any returns or exchange policies. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have a problem with your order.

I welcome requests for completely bespoke picture designs.

If you choose ‘no proof required’ then your picture will be shipped as soon as it is created, as soon as possible prior to the expected shipping date.

How to Write an Etsy Review
1. Go to “Your Account” → “Purchases & Reviews.”
2. Scroll down to find the order for your picture,
3. Select a star rating,
4. Write a review for the item.
5. Click “Post Your Review.” ...

I always create your pictures as soon as I possibly can, nevertheless, because of the amount of orders I receive, sometimes my published turnaround times are quite lengthy.

I do usually have some flexibility in my working hours so, if you do need to receive your picture by a specific date earlier than my turnaround time, please let me know on your order.

Nevertheless, I will send you my gift certificate on placing your order. This is a cute card that can be printed and sent to the recipient, in the meantime, to let them know something special is on its way.
