♥ HOW I CREATE MY IMAGES ♥
I am a digital designer. This means that I don't draw or paint anything by hand (except for a couple of sets that you can find in this shop). I make use of all kinds of software and image editing tools to create my clipart and papers. AI (Artificial Intelligence) is currently (as of 2023) part of my design process, but not the whole process. I also make use of image editing tools and software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Procreate & a few other apps to come to an end result in the design that is in accordance with my own visions and values and that produces a good quality design that is ready to use for the customer.

It feels best for me to create only what naturally rises up from my heart, so I’m not taking on any commissioned projects. ♥ FULL COMMERCIAL USE IS ALLOWED ♥
I like to spread the love, therefore, all the products in this shop can be used for commercial projects (you do not have to credit/attribute my shop). It does not matter how many products you are going to sell, you can use the graphics as a part of your design. You may sell PHYSICAL prints of the papers, postcards and decoupage sheets without altering the design. The only restriction is that YOU MAY NOT RE-SELL OR GIVE AWAY THE DIGITAL FILES that you receive from me.
Some examples how you may use the products:
- use the graphics for the creation of cards, social banners, small print products & posters
- use the graphics to create logos and branding items
- print the graphics on t-shirts, mugs, stickers, planners etc.
- use the graphics as background of websites, cards, posters, art prints etc.
- print patterns on fabric
- use my graphics on Print-on-Demand sites likes Zazzle, Society6, Redbubble, Printify etc.

BUSINESS HOURS
While the shop is open 24/7, I am personally available during these business hours:
Monday - Friday from 10.00 AM till 04.00 PM
Amsterdam Time Zone (GMT+1 or 6 hours ahead of New York City Time)
While I may not answer your message within the hour, I will always get back to you the next business day.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES
Your order has to be fully processed by Etsy before Etsy releases the download files to you. Usually this is done within a couple of minutes after your purchase, sometimes it can take a little longer.
Etsy will always send you a download link to the email address that is connected to your Etsy account.
You don't have to wait for the email though, just click on your profile photo in your account. This will open an option called 'Purchases & Reviews'. Under this option you will find your download links.
Click the link(s) and download the zip-files to your computer or laptop. Then open the zip-file(s) on your computer and store the separate files on your computer.
DOWNLOADING YOUR FILES ON A PHONE OR TABLET
Most tablets and smartphones DO NOT recognize zip-files. Therefore downloading your files on your phone or tablet is often not possible.
The newest Ipad version however seems to have an application for downloading zip-files. But be sure to have access to a computer or laptop to download your files!
SOFTWARE YOU NEED TO WORK WITH THE FILES
Most of the files I sell are .PNG and .JPEG files. They work with any image editing software, whether that is a purchased program like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or a free program that you can find or download online.
A few products require the use of Adobe Photoshop, but this is clearly stated in the listing information of these products.
